be ‘frozen’ (that is, it will become inactive) for an indefinite period.
During this time, the Chair, which
has been vacant since the death of Dr. Nicholas Toller, on 23 April 2007,
will remain vacant. The Treasurer and the Secretary will remain in office
until the Charity is dissolved. |
